Shower Shoes (flip flops):

– No fabric straps please
– Flip flops with a little extra rubber cushion are great as long as they are made of materials that can be worn in the shower
Canvas Laundry Backpacks: Laundry backpacks available at Big Lots and Walmart have one or two shoulder straps and are just a little more convenient than your typical draw string bag. ($6 – $12)
Feminine Hygene:
– Tampax Pearl (Variety Pack or Super)
– Always Ultra Thin Pads (small package—20 pack)
Hair Care:
– Shampoo and conditioner: any salon-quality brand like Paul Mitchell, Biolage, Kerastase, etc.
